Batik77 Terms & Conditions – Clear and Fair Platform Rules

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined herein:

• "Batik77" or "Platform" refers to the batik77.run website and all services offered on it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at Batik77.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered on the Batik77 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in your Batik77 account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free cash, free spins, or other benefits granted by Batik77 to members subject to specified conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Turnover" refers to the wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Game" refers to all casino games, slots, poker, and sports betting available on the Batik77 platform.
• "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used for all transactions on Batik77.

To register for and use Batik77's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative of any third party.
• You are not on Batik77's self-exclusion list or any recognised gambling exclusion program.
• You are not registering from a region or country where use of Batik77's services is prohibited under local law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Batik77 reserves the right to request age verification at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is successfully completed.

Each user is permitted to register and hold only one account only at Batik77. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested by the Batik77 registration system. Batik77 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to another person.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Batik77 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a password being shared with another party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Batik77 support immediately.

Batik77 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only:

Batik77 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the same name as the Batik77 account. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including those of family members or friends — are not accepted and may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Batik77 is not liable for any delays in deposit processing caused by disruptions to third-party payment providers. In such cases, please contact Batik77 support with proof of transaction for prompt resolution.

Batik77 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account in the member's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 and the daily maximum is RM 50,000 for regular members — this limit may be increased based on VIP tier and account usage history.

Batik77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold, or for new accounts that have not previously made a withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or passport, as well as proof of ownership of the payment account.

Batik77 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, sports cashback, poker rakeback, freeroll tournaments, and more. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

The rollover requirement refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must place bets totalling RM 500 in aggregate before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by one account per household, IP address, device, or shared payment details.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the applicable rollover requirements.
• Batik77 reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse or attempts to exploit the promotions program.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion terms — unused bonuses that expire within the set period will be forfeited automatically.
• The first deposit bonus of up to RM 500 is subject to an 8x rollover requirement, which must be fulfilled within 30 days of the claim date.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Batik77 system. Cancellation of a bet is not permitted except under circumstances explicitly stated in the rules of the relevant event.
• Batik77 reserves the right to void or suspend a bet if the displayed odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or inaccurate information.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• For live (in-play) betting, odds are updated automatically. Batik77 is not responsible for any inability to place a bet due to odds fluctuations or internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

• Game results recorded by Batik77's servers are final. Any dispute relating to game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the incident.
• An internet disconnection or device issue during gameplay does not void any bets already placed. Batik77's system will settle the relevant round based on server records.
• At live dealer tables, all decisions made by the dealer are final in accordance with the established rules of the game.
• Progressive jackpots accumulate in real time and the displayed value reflects the current amount at that moment. Jackpot winnings will be credited to the winner's account once verification is complete.

• Bonus system abuse — registering multiple accounts or using any other method to claim a bonus more than once.
• Threats or abuse directed at staff — any threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at Batik77 support staff.

• Batik77 does not sell or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Batik77 may share certain information with regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by law.

Batik77 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Batik77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

Batik77's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

By Member: You can close your Batik77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (once all rollover requirements have been met) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

By Batik77: Batik77 reserves the right to suspend or close an account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months with no transactions.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, Batik77 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded. If no violation is found, the balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Step 4 – Alternative Resolution: If a dispute remains unresolved after the internal process, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent mediation body.

Your continued use of the Batik77 platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you may close your account in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 12.
